Not only was Marcus an exceptional host, ensuring our every need was met and even returning a shower bag I had forgotten, but the ironing facilities provided were incredibly convenient. the heating in the room was perfect for the chilly evenings, and having tea and coffee facilities readily available added a homely touch. the flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floor made for a cozy atmosphere, and the proximity to local restaurants like Peter's Fish Factory and the Ambrette made dining out a breeze. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the exceptional service provided at this hotel - we will definitely be returning in the future.
